Does anyone dust Christmas ornaments before they put them away

I guess that would depend on if I keep than out longer than the traditional time period. The shiny ornaments I just before I put them on the tree if they look dull. I don't go out of my way to dust.

I've never thought about it before either. We keep our ornaments in a completely covered rolling box.

Me too, but I dust my Christmas stuff my kids think I have lost the plot.

I only bother with the special ones, since they're already being manhandled to be put away, everything else goes into the ballpit.

Erm...that's a nope. I usually corral my kiddos to dismantle Christmas, so I'm just lucky if everything makes it into their respective boxes LOL

No on the dusting of the ornaments. They are stored [actually double stored] in plastic containers that seal. Never had a problem.

I dust them all, we air blow off the tree, and I dust the creché figures before we put them away.

Never have dusted them! I am too anxious to get them put away and get the house dusted and the fake tree needles swept up!
