I nominate ranchcreations. I love the simple blue paper because it is a great background for a page featuring birds. The big title is very eye-catching. I also like the accents of red that are used to highlight the page.

 
I am nominating this page by jakrn. I love the blending of dotted paper in diagonal corners on a solid background and the compliment of diagonally placed smears in the other corners.
