I binge watch TV shows on Amazon, Netflix and Hulu all the time. I love Castle, Bones and Nashville for the American shows, but my true guilty pleasure is the English murder mysteries.
- Foyles War (my favourite I think!)
- Inspector Lewis, Inspector Morse, Endeavour (which are sort of related)
- Midsomer Murders
- Vera
- Inspector Gently
- Father Brown (the new one, although the old one is good, it feels dated)
- Murdoch Mysteries (set in Canada late 1800s, fabulous)
- Miss Fisher Mysteries (set in 1920s Australia)
- The Crown (Netflix drama)
- Victoria (Masterpiece Theatre)
- Poldark (Masterpiece Theatre)
I became totally addicted to Nashville. Someone was buying the seasons on my Amazon Account and I could not figure out who for years and kept forgetting to try and trace it down. Turned out it was my son in England. So I started watching it and got totally addicted. Great music and wonderful soap opera-y drama!
I have also enjoyed "Once Upon A Time."
I only watch TV When I am doing something else at the same time, but it is amazing how much television I can watch while I'm doing something else. Plus when I broke my shoulder and ankle I was laid up in my chair for 6 weeks and totally binge watched!!
I am a fan of most TV shows from England Lynnie (I admit to being a bit deaf and struggle with accents but the British accent is easy on my Aussie ears). I loved Downton Abbey (and am currently re-watching it on DVD from the library), I loved loved Poldark (Ross is so EASY on the eye), also enjoyed Victoria, Doc Martin, Call the Midwives, Grantchester and many more whose names I cannot recall just now. I'm watching more TV at the moment as I am struggling to find any importance in the things I used to do. TV is providing a veg out distraction for me.
I'm watching Supergirl, The Flash, Supernaturals, Black Lightning, Legends of Tomorrow, Riverdale, NCIS, NCIS New Orleans, NCIS Los Angeles, Bull, McGyver, Blue Blood, Hawaii Five-O, SWAT, Agent of Shield.
I just finished re-watching Smallville after a month and a half. Right now I am re-watching Bones.
I make sure to watch when I have the time to multitask, vacuuming while watching or cooking while watching, folding clothes while watching. As long as my husband and daughter are out.![]()
I'm taking note of some of these that I haven't seen before. I love some British murder mysteries! Broadchurch is really good too, if you haven't seen that yet. Miss Fisher is a really fun book series too.
Oh Nashville... I can't watch it because it makes me shout at the TV. My husband does his Jen impression whenever anyone brings up that show "Nobody records albums in Murphresborough! Nobody!" :yell (Though Nashville has changed so much since I lived there that maybe they do record albums in Murphresborough now LOL)
I loved Orphan Black season 1 & 2 waiting for the 3rd season to come out on netflix but not sure it will here in oz.
Watched all the seasons on the Unbreakable Kimmy Scmidt while I was down with the flu, was pretty good, Also enjoying Santa Clarita Diet, only a few episodes in as I don't watch tv much at the moment
I don't watch any TV at all really, except the Aussie season of Master Chef and the Aussie season of The Voice (but only the blind auditions then I stop watching!) and I only like those because the judges are so encouraging! I'd sooner scrapbook or read!Having lived in Africa for several years I got out of the habit and when we returned was horrified at how much was on there that I didn't value...and that was just the ads. Hee hee! I'm glad you guys enjoy it but I don't get much scrapping done if I've got the TV on so I rarely watch anything.

With a toddler and a baby, we really can't afford anything serious and that would require concentration, so for now, we're reduced to watching Impractical Jokers. The guys are funny, though.
