SuperWings - Transforming Airplanes

My son is obsessed with the Sprout TV show Superwings right now, so much so that we are having a Superwings birthday party at the end of April. I would LOVE some Superwings inspired kits. I know it can't be exactly the show due to copyright, but some cutesy looking airplanes with eyes, maybe some that look like they are airplane people, an airplane tower, a map, the words Super and Wings in the kit that could be put 'together' a red and white package

Anyone know of any airplane or transformer type kits out there that would fit?
 
That's SO cute! I've never heard of that show, but I bet my son would adore it (he's 2 1/2!)

Maybe someone will have some ideas?

I'm still trying to figure out how to design/draw my own elements, LOL.
 
Oh Michelle, he would LOVE it. My son fell in love with it just within the past few months (he's turning 3 this month) and now it's the ONLY thing he wants to watch! They just started airing a brand new season here in the US this past week!
 
Just found out we don't get Sprout TV :cryhard

I'm looking into how to make a kit to fit this theme without copyright infringement. Thinking I can make "Mr. Potato Head" type things, build your own Super Wing.... legs, wings, eyes, etc. and then you piece them together LOL. They may not look EXACTLY like the cartoon, but ya know... Scratch that... a kit with everything but characters... and then Free PNG files of them, LOL

Which characters is he most interested in?
