Step-parents (and other parents too)

It is the time of year where I make my annual plea to designers....

Can we please get some step-parent supplies that aren't evil? When we search in the store for stepmother, only one collection comes up... The Evil Stepmother. Which I personally love. But I don't think she is very representative of me (most of the time)

I'm not asking for a whole kit, I'm just asking that when you're busy making kits for Mother's Day, maybe consider adding a tag or a piece of WA or something that acknowledges that not all mothers have physically given birth to their children. Families adopt, families have surrogates, families have two moms. We are still families and we deserve to be represented in scrapbook supplies.

Here is an example of what I mean. Just a label. It's not that hard. (Though if anyone wants to talk to me about making a whole kit, please PM me, I have ideas)

Can I also ask that maybe people include the British English spelling of Mum/Mummy as it is such a shame when I can't use word art etc on my layouts.

I'm always willing to make someone something like a label to match one of my kits if they ask. It's really impossible think of and provide for every possible scenario. I try to help when I can.

Jennifer - I have sent you a PM.

Since it's that time of year again, bumping this thread :) And a big thank you to the designers who already do this!
