Ane, I am still receiving notification when someone posts in this thread. I am so pleased you are keeping up with your blog. The Life Review sounds interesting. For Christmas my daughter gave me a book in which I am asked to write down stories about my childhood etc. There are prompts on each page and then the rest of the page is blank for me to write in. The first page asks about my birth. The idea of the book is that I fill it all in and then give it back to her to she has it to read and for the grandchildren to read.

p.s. I sort of miss being here also. You never know things might change as something happened on another site that may direct be away from there.

I heard that it already has Miss AM! We're glad to have you back!
I'm so sorry that you had a less-than-favorable experience where you were going to go.

I have been doing well so far this month with my exercising as I have not missed a day.

Ane, I had a quick look at your blog. Your last entry looks interesting. The results of the test for you show you have some great strengths.

I am doing well with my exercises and have not missed a day this month. I am feeling more agile and starting to see some signs o my large upper arms shrinking a little.

Ane, you are doing well with your reviews. You write them in a way it is easy to see your opinion of what you have read.

So far this month which is nearly over, my calendar is covered in stickers because I have not missed a day of doing some form of exercise.

Congrats on your commitment, Anne Marie! :)

Congrats Anne Marie

Sadly no real exercising since we escaped our home on February 28th. I do want to get back to it. We have had a couple of long walks around the neighbourhood where we are staying.

I finished a virtual race yesterday which was 60 miles called Penguin Waddle and took place around Antarctica. It was a really fun cool place to virtually walk, although walking in Canada in the winter months I’m sure rivaled the cold. I started a virtual race called Manatees is 68 miles and takes place in an area of Florida where they are. My feet are still painful even with new shoes the plantar fasciitis can leave any time.

My brother and SIL do those virtual races all the time. They've done the Florida Keys and they did one through Ireland. Of course, they added a little "spice" to their race and bought food and beer or liquor to go along with checkpoints along the way and make it interesting. They were also doing the race with her sister in AZ and they would facetime at night, during dinner and drinks. LOL! Sounds like fun, but I'm sure it's a lot different from what you're talking about.

GOOD ON YOU anyway!!!
