Hello! In 2008 I started a "brick & mortar" scrapbooking based business - Your Scrapping Café. I mostly held classes, hosted crops & provided custom solutions/designs. It was designed to be a place for education and inspiration. My biggest desire was to help others learn more about scrapbooking. I also had a website that offered lots of tips/tutorials.
After 8 good years I had to close the business (and re-tool the website) for several reasons. It was sad for me & for my customers. But as the old adage goes...One door closes & another opens. In 2017 I discovered digital scrapbooking. On old "love" was now reignited by a new passion.
I always said I would somehow continue my efforts from the old website...it just took me longer than expected to get up the courage to try a completely new format for me.
In February 2023 I launched the Your Scrapping Café blog. With this blog I hope to provide moments of inspiration for my followers. Whether it be finding inspiration by browsing galleries, getting new tips, reading about my "lessons learned", access to an array of online resources, or pointers on how to look at your creative life differently. I am happiest when I'm creative but a close second is finding joy in helping others.
