ISO 20-40's & Gangster Kits

My daughter just performed in 2 different plays.

She was in Bugsy Malone which is set in the 20s-30's about the Prohibition Era rise to fame of Bugsy Malone. She played a Ventriloquist, and Newspaper Boy, a Boxer, a Down-N-Out, and a Splurged victim. Think fedoras, tommy guns, boxing gloves, dancers, Speak Easies, etc.

Earlier this year, she also played in Thoroughly Modern Millie which is placed in the 40's - think more fringe, long beads, more Speak-Easies, etc.
 
Ok so this isn't PERFECT, but for some reason this is the kit I thought of when I saw this thread title, and obviously the technology stuff doesn't fit, but the car & guns reminded me of gangster ;)

Toni, I think yours is the closest. Memories in B&W is fairly close. Although, there are no "gentleman" in a Bugsy play ;), but I love that old car.
The Geeky espionage is too up to date. and , I need more than just clip art
 
I do like your idea of a kit though, maybe one of the designers will feel up to it. Here are some ideas I was thinking about after looking him up. Maybe some B&W pinstriped paper and newspaper print paper could have some little things on it, about his criminalistic lifestyle, lol. Oh and maybe a pinstripe alpha! He built the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, so maybe a city outline. bow tie, old watch and car like you said, Money bags, a vault, a gangster gun (if that's not too taboo), a padlock, key on a large ring like the old style jail, cop car with flashing lights, cigar, wood kegs, fedora hat...
I found this and thought it was pretty cool Vintage Vector Cars, Silhouettes More silhouettes W/A? Font I love this font, but couldn't find it anywhere OK, Pinterest is evil, I must stop now :) Gobs of ideas though designers if someone wanted to give it a shot (no pun intended there either, sorry)
