My name is Yavonn and I'm from Oklahoma. My husband and I met while in the Army in S. Korea. 17 years later we have 5 boys ages 15, 12, 7 (&1/2), 5 and 3. We home school and are active in 4-H. I don't get enough time to digiscrap, but I gave up on paper scrapping years ago so I'm trying to learn and improve my digital skills.

Welcome to GingerScraps! I was a paper scrapper too but once you go digi you'll never go back! :)

hi yavonn and welcome to gingerscraps! :confetti: sounds like you have quite a bustling household, lol! :D

hope you stop by and join in on some challenges; they're a great way to hone your skills--trust me, that's where i learned some skills! hehe

Hello, welcome! I'm Molly, originally from Seattle but currently living in China. How did you like living in South Korea? I look forward to seeing your layouts in the gallery!

Hi Yavonn... 5 boys? You must have a hectic life, there :) Welcome to GS... Can't wait to see the boys in your pages...

Hi Yavonn and welcome! I hope you can find some time to DigiScrap, but it is addicting so be warned ;) I can't even imagine how hectic your household is with all of those boys, wow! I hope we get to see some LO's in the gallery of them

Welcome to Ginger Scraps Yavonn! This is a great place to get your feet wet in digi scrapping!

Hey Yavonn!! So nice to meet you!! We too are an Army family who homeschools!! I know what you mean about not having the time. Its so consuming homeschooling the kiddos. I am so thankful that its Summer right now and I can get my breather before the school year starts back up!! Unlike you, we only have girls...and only two of them! I cannot imagine five boys and all the gray hair they must give you!!

I am so glad to see you here!!

Welcome to GingerScraps, Yavonn! I bet your 5 boys do keep you busy! :) I hope you can find some time to digi scrap! Don't forget , you can start a LO, work on it, and leave as long as you need - there is nothing taking up space in the house and no mess to clean up! ;)
