Health Kick Anyone?

Is anyone out there currently working on their health? What are you doing? I recently lost a bunch of weight, and my workouts are getting stale. I need inspiration!
 
I have been on a health kick since January, when I started going to the gym 3 time a week. I added tracking my food and sleep when I got my Apple Watch in June. I've lost about 10 lbs. I mainly use the Nike Training Club app on my phone for workouts, but I understand there are plenty of workouts on YouTube (I haven't looked).
 
That's great. Keep up the great work! I have a Pinterest board that is organized by body part (arms, legs, core, etc). When I get board, I just go to the boards and find exercises.
 
My hubby says I put him on a diet called "if it tastes good, spit it out." LOL!!!

We have lost a lot of weight, but it's more as a result of changing what we eat (no more sugar) and going for daily walks. :)
 
Laura, you should come over and join our Spicy Motivators.

I use a lot of different Youtube walking exercises - I alternate between different ones to make it all more interesting. It is not straight out walking as they include different movements for arms etc.
