I would like to nominate xboxmom's Today is a Gift for Baker's Best. To me, it feels as if the B&W photo seems even more vivid in contrast to all the color and activity going on around it.

 
Love this page by aridra called Morning Walk....beautiful papers, clustering and photos...love the shadowing giving a real 3d effect

I'm very new at being a Sugar Cookie, and as such, I have made a number of mistakes already, but I don't think I made a mistake in the posting procedures that I followed when I nominated xboxmom's layout for Baker's Best, Week 3 (12/14-12/20). The links are all correct, I made sure to spell the entrant's name correctly, I highlighted it properly, etc. Unfortunately, however, xboxmom's layout didn't show up in the voting poll with the other nominees for that week. Please let me know if I'm following the correct procedures when I nominate Baker's Bests in the future. Thanks in advance for your help. :)
 
The layout you nominated for xboxmom did not make it into the poll was because the posting date of her LO was 12/12. The LO needed to posted in the gallery between 12/14 and 12/20 to be eligible. Sorry for the delayed response.
