Believe it or not this was the SECOND time my son was hit by a hit and run driver. The first time was intentional and he knew him but due to CA laws the person was 2 weeks from 18 and considered a minor and got a slap on the hand. Wow! What a scary thing to have happen and to be to far away to get there yourself. I'm glad you had faith to help you. The inclusion of the article is great and the Emergency Room banner is a perfect divider.
