Beautiful layout! I love how you incorporated a Bible quote about your namesake here. What a great role model to remember as you celebrate another year. I think my favorite part of this is the circular purple brushstrokes along the top left and bottom right, and how they're matched by the lower opacity circles in the top right hand corner. That gives a great sense of balance throughout the layout. Nice work!

Lydia! This is beautiful,, wow I just LOVE how you used the brushes in the "L" shaped pattern! That is a really great photo of you and your hubs (I am assuming hubs-I hope I don't get myself in trouble-It wouldn't be the first time, hehe), I will bet the 2 of you are the life of any party, you are very funny and lively and I imagine hubs is pretty much the same. I love the purple hues and the B&W photo with the pretty frame. Wonderful page!
