for back up storage. I did download Drop box, but am not sure that is the way I want to go.
any suggestion would be appreciated!! Thanks!
 
I use an External Hard drive and backblaze for all my kits, templates and layouts. I also upload all my finished pages to imgur as a online storage. I back up as many places.
 
I need to start doing this. I lost EVERYTHING 10 years ago except for a few LO that I had in my FB albums.I am going to check out Amazon for EHD. how big does one need to have?

external hard drive f or everything and flickr for my layouts ( jpg) and photos which are full size there. its free which is nice. uploading photos is very slow so still have tons left to do.

I got my EHD from BJ's Wholesale for about $100 a year or so ago. It's 3TB, like someone else said amazon is quite good with prices. Also check Bestbuy and/or Target. Just depends on what stores are near you.
 
I have several EHDs, so my photos are backed up on at least two of them. Most of my scrapping stuff is also backed up at least twice. I have OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive, but I tend to use those more for documents and presentations (i.e. When I was in graduate school, for all my readings, papers in progress, syllabi, group projects, etc.)
 
Sounds like I have some choices to make...hmm which I don't do well at times. I have looked at EHD on AMazon and will probably start there for now. thanks for all the recommendations!!
 
I use dropbox and love it but I have a ton of storage so it is perfect for me. I also have 3 EHD for pictures, layouts and kits. I keep a year on dropbox and then move it to the EHD. Works for me and so far, cross fingers, I haven't lost anything.
 
I use an EHD and also Google Photo (because it is unlimited) and sometimes I back up my photos to Smug Mug (also unlimited). I only upload to Smug Mug about twice a year though.
