Can you find joy in the ordinary of your everyday life? I have learned that joy is a choice. I can choose to be joyful, and find joy everyday. Choosing to focus on gratitude has helped me with this a lot. Not everything that happens is good, but even in the midst of the hard, I can choose to focus on the good and find joy.
