Message: Exceeds Daily down load limits???

HELP! I understand that the daily download limit is 10 photos and that if you download 1 or 5 to additional folders, that that will count additionally. However, just tried to download 5 photos to one location and it is telling me that 3 of them exceeded the daily download limit. WHY am I getting this message? WHAT am I doing wrong?
 
Do you mean uploads to the gallery?

I think that it's 10 uploads per 24 hours, not per day. You uploaded 10 yesterday, so I'm thinking when you tried to upload more today you exceeded that time frame. Maybe try again in a few hours.

I uploaded 4 photos to 2 spots- the gallery and the challenge and I got the -exceeds limit. That would be only 8 uploads not 10. I am confused!
