How many hours a day to you spend scrapping?

That means buying, downloading, organizing, picking pics and scrapping :) I think you should include the time spent commenting and in the forums also. How much of your life is spent in this fabulous and worthwhile pastime!

I think it varies with all of us, but I probably spent an hour or two a day, and I work full time. It is has not been quite as much since broke my ankle and tore up my shoulder, but it is still a lot. I do hundreds of layouts that don't make it on line. I create small, mini layouts for videos - hundreds of them - and don't post them. I think I will probably post a few when I get around to it. I scrap gift certificates for my family, I scrap calendars at the end of the year, I scrap posters for clubs I belong to, I scrap party signs/invitations/games.... the list goes on. I LOVE doing it.

More hours than I care to admit are spent at GS or in Photoshop, Lynnie:)....WAY more than an hour or two. The only "extra" scrapping I do is around Christmas time when I might create my own gift card envelopes, or my own Christmas cards (not this year:(). This year I made little pockets for the bookmarks I created but what you see here at GS is pretty much the whole of my scrapping...I always was a slow scrapper. You are such a busy lady and achieve so much Lynnie to do all that and work full time as well.

Well, Jill, there are definitely days where I can spend 8-10 hours in front of the computer and enjoy every second. I did my Christmas cards this year, too, and bookmarks :) I love doing it.

I spend way too many hours on here browsing & buying & then designing much to the hubby's disgust.
I find it relaxing though especially after a stressful day it can be cathartic to just pull out a kit & a bunch of photos & turn them into something pretty & create a memory for life.
As I design signs for a living I tend to have a few work files going & a sneaky scrap layout when the hubby isn't looking but on average it would easily be 3 hours a day (more atm as I am on 2 weeks holiday)

I don't really have an ideal setup for scrapping and still find myself scrapping quite a bit. I used to scrap every waking hour, but then I moved and my computer is not in an ideal area - it is too cold or too hot in the room where it is stashed.

I do most of my scrapping "things" at work...shhhh!
I average about 3-4 hours M-F, depending how busy I am at "actual" work, lol

I'm with you all - more hours that I should. LOL. I'm a night owl so I'm on the computer putz'ing around for a few hours each night until about 2am. Lately though I have been heading to bed early so I have popped on earlier in the evening and finished up a layout instead of spending hours browsing. I'm sure I will be back to my crazy night hours soon enough. Hahaha

Ok EM that made me laugh out loud. I spend more time than I should and my weight is showing it. I do work part time and I have to sleep so I do have that down time :)

One of my goals for 2018 is to actually find time to scrap! Every time I’m at a screen (desktop, laptop, phone etc) I’m checking in on GS or in Photoshop. But I find that I really need to set time aside to scrap or I never get any pages done. But the amount of hours spent at GS and in Photoshop are massive! Lol as I’m sure you can imagine.

I have enough time in the morning after my daughter goes to school and my husband goes to work, and after I tidy up the house. But most of the time I got sidetracked with things like Pinterest (don't go there!), reading the news, tumblr (there are funny posts on tumblr that I just can't pass!), the gallery (once I check the gallery I'll just keep on scrolling and forgot I was scrapping). hehe

I work full-time outside the home and I am on the CT for a store. When I think about everything, I guesstimate that it's an average of 30 minutes a day -- at least. A few days ago, I happened to time how long it takes me to post a CT layout, and it's about half an hour, and I do that at least 4 times a month. I'm a slow scrapper, and I usually spend at least 2 hours per LO, not counting downloading, extracting and organizing the kit or collection. Not sure how long I spend commenting in galleries and forums.

Having been a full time student for a few years now, I never really had much time to develop a hobby. Now that I'm close to graduation and my classes are winding down, I'm venturing into scrapbooking and scrap a few times a week. Right now I'm just researching photos and layouts for my next project. and hope to make a Vegas layout on the weekend. :)
