Hi everyone. My name is Kelly and I'm from the Upstate of SC. I haven't done any scrapbooking in over 10 years, but our daughter was recently married and with all of these photos from the wedding, I've decided now is a good time to get back to it! Her wedding was actually at Disney World, so while looking for some different ideas for her photos, I discovered not only this site, but digital scrapbooking as well, and cannot begin to say how excited I am that I'm going to be able to put together a beautiful album for her and not have to purchase and drag out all those supplies every night. I've seen some beautiful kits in the store and cannot wait to get started. Hoping to meet some other Disney brides (mother of the brides) who may be able to send a little inspiration my way. Also, I noticed the newbie who posted just before me is Yankee transplant to SC. We also moved here from New England about 21 years ago, and love it. I thought that was just a neat coincidence, and a sign that there is where I need to be!

Hi Kelly! Welcome to GingerScraps! I'm jealous of your daughter's Disney wedding, too! My daughter got married in January of this year and I still haven't scrapped all of the photos. Now, I'm going to be a grandma in February (this is moving WAY too quickly for me! LOL!)!
This is a great place for inspiration and support as you learn digital scrapbooking. Have fun & definitely ask questions if you have any :)

Hi Kelly! I'm a yankee myself but don't plan on moving south anytime soon LOL! Glad you found us at GS and I'm looking forward to seeing your pages. Digital scrapbooking is AWESOME! :)
