My name is Siobhan and I live in Boston, MA. I've always been a shutterbug hobbyist and a couple years ago I stumbled onto digital scrapbooking as a way to put my many, many photos into albums that have a bit more flair than just the standard photobook - and I got hooked!
I'm married and have 2 children - one son who is 21 and will be in his final year of college this fall and a daughter who starts her freshman year of college this fall. DH and I travel a lot so that is the subject of most of my scrapping for now. I do want to get our childhood photos scanned though so I have something to work on besides travel and the occasional event for my children (now that they're grown the photo ops are few and far between).
My scrapping time is limited due to my career, which I absolutely love! I work at Tufts Medical Center in the nutrition and cancer lab as a biochemical/molecular nutrition research scientist. I find it fascinating how food can heal so many diseases/conditions, but I won't bore you with all that - LOL.
I look forward to seeing everyone's works of art and getting to know you all
