I can't download the template 2 because my virus software finds a problem & all of the "red" warnings were from GS in the last few minutes.

I can't download the template 2 because my virus software finds a problem & all of the "red" warnings were from GS in the last few minutes.
Hi Tricia, No we have not been hacked. I have not received any other reports of issues, so I am wondering if it might be a browser issue?
Where is the warning coming from? A purchase in the shop or a download on the blog/forum?
Can you please send me a support ticket with your order number and screen shots of the warnings? Contact Us
Also I need to know what browser you are using.

Just to post a follow up for anyone reading the thread…
Tricia was getting a “network error” from one of the designers links that was posted in the forum for the monthly template challenge. It was not from a shop purchase or anything on the GingerScraps server.
I talked it over with the designer and she let me know the link was on her personal site, the site was down for a security upgrade so we think that is why was triggering the warning and error.
She is contacting her hosting company just to be 100% sure everything is squared away.
I did remove the link from the forum and replaced it with a link directly from the GS server, just to be super careful
