Do you second guess yourself?

Do you ever look at your layouts after you're done (printed, shared with people, or whatever) and want to go back and change something? I keep wanting to go back and nudge a few elements here and there and am trying to resist the urge, but it's driving me nuts!

I save my layouts' PSD's for just such a reason! That, and if I make a mistake in my journaling, LOL.

I save my PSD files too, but if I went back and changed things then Id have to reprint everything as well. I'm trying to learn to live with it. lol

That is so ME!! Invariably I get a LO uploaded to the gallery and THEN I see something I want to change. This comes after having already spent ages nudging and fiddling and fussing before it even gets to the upload stage! It is an obsession with me to fiddle and fudge and fixate so, after years of getting frustrated about it, I have now decided to embrace the obsession as an enjoyable part of the creation of my LOs:). I have always saved the .psd files and have had many occasions where I am glad I did...one memorable occasion was when I proudly showed my daughter a LO I had completed of one of her twin daughters with name prominently displayed...she said you've got the wrong twin!!!

I save as Tiffs as a smaller file space...
but - sigh.... I often 'see' things I wish I had changed. And often I do prior to printing.
Once printed.... it is what it is.

Sorry, that made me really laugh! hehe

I have this one layout that has been circulating around, I uploaded it and even after I resigned from CT-ing to a designer, she still use it for promotion because I used her awesome template. I saved the file into TIFF format but when I saved it to jpg, Photoshop somehow had a glitch (which happens to me a couple of times) where in the clipping mask did not work to one of the part of the template when it was saved to jpg. So I saved it for web and after a year, I noticed that there was a part of that said template that has no clipped paper from the kit I used. Like wow, the red color stood out from the nature colored theme of the kit but somehow no one noticed. Or maybe some people did but didn't tell me hehe So embarrassing really. So I was thinking, should I take it down? Should I give another "correct" copy to the designer? Well obviously I didn;t do anything because until now it's in the gallery :36_19_1:

I do, but I have created so many layouts that if I kept nudging and fixing, I would be down to a single layout I just played wiht all the time.

What is more interesting to me is that I can look at my gallery one day and love most of my layouts and the next day wonder why I even bother to scrap! Every once in a while I go through the gallery and want to remove layouts because I don't like them. I don't, because I know I will come back the next day and probably like it!

Yes all the time but once I save it as a jpg to upload I leave it, otherwise I fluff about with the layout too much.
The only time I changes it is if there is a spelling error or a glaring mistake
