To be honest, we never have, not even when I was younger. The past few years we haven't even been up at midnight. No big deal for us really. Let me know your plans so I can vicariously live through your exciting lives!

We let the kids stay up. We have snacks and sparkling grape juice and watch movies until the countdown. Then we kiss while the kids go "ewwww" and then we all go to bed. Really exciting!!! Lol

Not for the last few years. It's so expensive to go out, pay a sitter an enormous amount of money, figure out where etc.
If friends' have a party, we go there but we don't go all out like some people do. Just not our thing.
Tonight we will eat finger foods and watch a movie with the kids. DH is working today so he's been up since 5. He will be too tired to go. I'm going at noon for an MRI on my foot which I've been waiting to have done for months (kept getting postponed). Then I will grab some apps/finger foods after and come home and clean up for tonight. We may have our neighbours over.

Ha ha ha - it's 8:07 on New Year's Eve - and here I am - on the computer while hubby is watching some Sci-Fy stuff on TV (can you hear it? Yea, it's THAT loud!) LOL!

We disassembled the Christmas tree tonight and I'm sitting here scrapping. Husband is in bed already. It's 4 minutes til midnight.

I'm the last one up at 11 and about to call it quits... I used to have a tradition of building a puzzle with my dad to see if we could finish before midnight... Tried it with my oldest this year but she fell asleep on me - that's how exciting I am lol

I was working on a CT page for the buffet. My hubby sick, my daughter is at a sleepover, and my boys could care less about New Years. Not too exciting at my house tonight, but at least I'm nice & comfy in my pjs.
I thought I could get a start on the challenges; but Nothing is posted yet, and the buffet isn't in the store yet, so I guess I'll go to bed!
