12/14/15 RQOTD Do you every buy fonts?

I am almost embarrassed to say that I have bought some of those creative market deals as well as one from the hungry JPEG. Mostly because they have those pretty brush script ones. How about you? Do you ever buy fonts?
 
I've been so tempted, but haven't yet! Do you have buyer's remorse or do you feel it was worth it? Do you use them?

My husband was so angry with me about purchasing them. He actually said that I needed to use each font at least once on a layout. That being said I haven't used all of them once, but the ones that I have used I have used multiple times. At the time I bought them, I couldn't fins any really nice brush script fonts. Now it's a lot easier. Do I have buyers remorse, no, I am happy with my purchases.
 
No. If I did commercial stuff I would probably buy a ton to use. There are plenty of free ones that are just as amazing as some of the 100.00 fonts IMO!

Kimberley Geswein is one of my faves. Also Mans Greyback has amazing script and brush fonts. Find him on Dafont.
 
yes, I do :). not very often though.. I used to buy Darcy Baldwin's fonts regularly. she also had the symbols and fonts I need for my language.
 
I too have purchased one of those bundle deals and do use the fonts often - not sure that I would buy a bundle again though! Like Jen said, searching hard enough, I'm sure I'd find something similar for free!
 
Rarely. I bought a set of like 45 for 10 or 15 bucks and haven't even tapped them all yet! I am confused by all the different versions and how to use them.
 
I bought a couple of individual fonts from Creative Market when I was working on a project for my daughter & didn't have the time to search for similar free fonts. I really don't like paying for fonts! There are so many free fonts out there, I just don't think it's worth it to buy them.
 
I only bought one font: Kimberly G made a font out of my own handwriting. I lost it in a hard drive crash. :( Figures. :cryhard
 
I have a total font addiction! Lol
I buy them all the time.... But I still find myself using the same 10 or so favorites, over and over.
 
I do buy fonts. I am so addicted to fonts... I resisted paying for fonts for a long time since there are so many beautiful ones for free.
 
Yes, I have bought 3 fonts. The first was my own handwriting, which I hate and hardly ever use anymore. Then I bought one called Cookie Nookie, that one of the designers that I CT for used a lot in her word art. The 3rd was the most expensive one - almost $60!! It's name is Gioviale. I needed it because I was making wedding invitations and the bride had to have that font. I'm really glad I splurged, because it really is beautiful and I was able to also use it when she asked me to scrap her wedding pictures, too.
