11/15/15 RQOTD Do you remember your dreams in the mornings?

I had the weirdest dream last night. I dreamt that I was playing Monopoly with Kidd rock and we were using real money and the buy in was $5000. I don't really like Kidd rock that much or play monopoly so I have no idea what that was all about. Needless to say when I woke up, I was totally stressed about the cash, lol. Do you ever remember your dreams? Have any really crazy ones?
 
If I wake in the middle of the night around 3am and fall back asleep, then yes I do most days. DH's alarm goes off at 5:15 every morning and 90% of the time I wake up when it goes off and then fall back asleep until I get up at 6:30am. Those days, I TOTALLY remember every thing in that dream

If I sleep right through the night and DH's alarm (which means I was very tired lol) I don't tend to remember a thing.
 
Oh yes... Many vivid dreams. I've scrapped a bit for therapy...it was in survivor. The rest, I don't discuss.

LOL - that's pretty funny!

I typically do remember my dreams - and last nights was REALLY odd!

I dreamt that there were alligators that lived under the blue carpet in my 2 youngest sons room upstairs, and I had saw them "swimming' under the carpet while my Mom was visiting, and tried telling my husband and he basically told me I was nuts (LOL - sounds about right - the idea is absolutely crazy!). Anyways, I bring a gun upstairs to "hunt" them and my husband is with. Its HOURS of sitting there watching, all the while my hubby is basically giving me strange, bored looks, like I cant believe I'm sitting here - there are NO alligators living under the carpet. Well pretty soon a "small" one emerges (meaning that we could see its shape under the carpet). I shoot it and it somehow gets into the closet in the next room inside all of our gift bags. Well that proves to hubby there ARE alligators living under the carpet, and I wake up as we both agree to go "hunt" them so more.


So....explain where THAT comes from! hahah!
 
I remember a lot of mine. I have a lot of bad dreams (people ruining my wedding, people breaking into my house, etc.)

Sometimes I argue with my husband in my dreams and I wake up pissed off at him. I am always a badass in my dreams. I rescue people a lot. Also, I'm ALWAYS skinny in my dreams. I hardly ever argue with him when I'm awake, I haven't been skinny in 20 years, and I'm never a badass or rescued anyone from kidnappers, so not sure what any f that means... clearly I see myself as way more awesome than I actually am :P

Hahaha! I am a badass too, lol. I dreamt I stole money from the cartel one time. It was a bag full of money. Lots of money, and there was a car chase. And I think I got away because the last thing I remember was that I switched cars (which I stole) and they drove passed me. It was crazy.

Sounds pretty normal to me. I have also dreamt that my pipes were leaking downstairs and instead of them leaking water, tropical birds were flying out from the pipes. So alligators under the rugs totally normal.
 
Oh my goodness! :D I'm seriously laughing at you ladies!!
Now I'm feeling very disappointed that due to a medical condition I don't get into a deep enough sleep cycle for long enough to actually have dreams much less remember them :( (Which is why I am ALWAYS tired!)
 
LOL!! That was fun to read! hehe

I used to have very vivid dreams (or night terrors), but it's been quite a few years since I've slept deeply enough to dream like that and remember it. I tend to wake up every night about 3am and don't really fall back to sleep.
 
So Trina, Danica, and I should start a small gang. I'll beat people up, Trina will shoot them, and Danica can be the getaway driver. We will take down all the alligators, burglars, and cartels!
