Quick note about me..
:hiI'm a widow, retired RN, and mother of 3. 4 grandchildren, 5 cats and 2 dogs. Live with DD#2 in the big city now..after DH passed couldn't keep up with the country home. Found digi scrapping a year ago and gave up hording real paper & embellishments for the digi kind. I began dabbling in designing my own stuff when I couldn't find or afford what I wanted..still working on that learning curve-but getting there.

Gotta look around a bit to find my way and see what challenges I could fit into..looks like fun!! OK, where are those Cabana Boys I heard so much about..I wanna see!!

Hello and welcome to Gingerscraps. I hope you find some challenges that interest you...there are ton to choose from and don't forget to do a speed scrap or two! We have one everyday of the month. I am hosting one tomorrow 8/8/09 at 9pm EST. Hope to see you there.
 
Oh, MY! I've never done a speed scrap-ever!! It takes me too long to find my glasses these days.. I may have to get all set up and comfy to watch on the side line b4 I jump in. Is that permissible?

Is that held in a chat room or done in the forum?
 
OK.. I found it..and all the others. OMG! 1 hour to finish? Might have to throw out some old brain cells and find new ones. How do you speed Queens do it??
I'll go poke around and see if I can learn some tricks and pick up tips. TY. Granny
