necessary for the life.So we should be take care of the body fitness.
Drink pure water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
low use fast food.
Daily walk and light gym
Swimming...
 
good idea! it will be great for motivation now that you know someone else is watching :) i have it but it has been at least a month since i have logged in..once i get back to it i will join the group!!
