Romaine, English cucumbers, grape tomatoes, broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli hearts, red cabbage, carrots), blackberries (superfood alert!), garlic-infused EVOO, Texas Hill Country Olive Co balsamic vinegar (the best in the world, seriously), grilled lemon pepper chicken breast. pH-balanced water.

I could eat grilled chicken salad everyday of my life. There is just something about the combination of the warm, grilled marinated chicken and a fresh salad that makes my mouth water. We live on it all summer long. And it fits in nicely with our low carb diet! Oh God, now I'm hungry.
 
Yummy looking salad. Those kinds are my favorite! You can do it.
I never use a recipe, so each one is usally different. DH will ask, what is for dinner...I will tell him 'salad 72'. He'll say ok, and always come back with...I think it is more like 'salad 86' or whatever number he says.

awesome looking salad....love the added berries to a green salad. They add so much flavor.
These are the perfect lunch and dinner.
 
Sigh - I wish I loved salad as much as I want to! My salads normally consist of spinach, tomatoes, bleu cheese, green olives, hot peppers, and whatever bell peppers or other veggies I happen to have. I like them, but I just never crave them - that is my problem!

Even though you're still hungry right now after your dressingless salad and skim milk...

DO NOT EAT THOSE COOKIES IN THE DRAWER!

The cookies are more convenient, but blueberries+ginger root tea won't reverse all your hard work.

Get up off your butt and snack wise.
