Gallery Upload Issues

Hi There.
My last (and only gallery uploads) were made on Tuesday this past week and I have not been able to upload any layouts since. I tried yesterday with a URL link (transfering from DSDI) and it said I exceeded my gallery limit, but i had not uploaded any layouts that day. Here today I tried to upload a layout using the browser button from my computer and I get the same error saying that I"ve exceeded my gallery uploads for the day, but I have not uploaded any layouts today, nothing since this past Tuesday. Please help!
