Hi my name is Carole. I found your site while on Christmas break and thought I would introduce myself. I am married and have an 8 year old daughter. We love to scrap together. She is currently learning how to use photoshop elements to scrap digitally. I am also a kindergarten teacher. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.
 
Hi Carole, Welcome! :) Back when I was first trying to learn digi-scrapping (I used to be a totally addicted paper-scrapper), my then-12yo daughter finally had to show ME how to use Elements! Hahaa! I just couldn't wrap my poor tired brain around layers and how they worked... now I look back and wonder how I could have been so dense! LOL! That's awesome that you and your daughter can share a fun hobby! :)

My mom taught Kindergarten for MANY years and always said it was the most fun age to teach! I home-schooled my 2 kids, and I liked 1st grade the best, because I loved being able to teach them to read - that is an awesome feeling.
 
Welcome to GS and that is so awesome that scrapping is something both you and your daughter can do together, I cant wait to see your creations.
