Can't upload

I can't upload to the gallery. When I try, I get this message. I use IE8:

On the first page, upload your photos but don't add a title or description, you'll do that on the next page. There's a glitch in the programming, but I think that's the fix, for now.
 
Thanks for the suggestion, but I can't even upload. When I click the upload button it takes me to the verbiage I listed above. I can't even get as far as selecting a file to upload.
 
The first thing to always check is your Layout size. It needs to be 600x600 pixels or smaller and under 250kb in size.
That is the most common thing that causes an error.
Please double check that then let me know how it goes :)
 
When I click on "Upload Photo" in the gallery, I immediately get the error messages. It doesn't get to the point where I can even select a photo.
 
Wendy I'm so sorry your having this problem!
It is really hard for us to track and find out an issue when we can not recreate it ourselves.

The only possibilities that I know of are-
Layout size (being to large)
Trying to put links or any URL in your description box
Some kind of browser issue (an out of date browser, that is in need of updating)

But, I will send our IT guy over to this thread and see if he has anything more to offer.
Don't fear, I'm not giving up on you :) I just need a little back up :)
 
Hi Wendella - I'm not the guru Ginger is referring to, but it's a permissions error so I'm thinking maybe you need to clear log out of the Gingerscraps forum, clear your temporary internet files, and log back in to try to upload again.
