Can't upload to the gallery

Help - I just tried to upload my first LO since the upgrade and I can't. I get this error message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /bulkupload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.19 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.19 OpenSSL/0.9.8m DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at gallery.gingerscraps.net Port 80

I've tried 3 times, and get the same message. :(
 
I just tried a bulk upload with 2 LOs and didn't hit any errors. What browser are you using?
 
I'm using Safari. Maybe I need to try to upload 2 LOs instead of just one? :D
 
I'm able to upload with Safari (Lion). Ginger knows about the problem from another thread and is working on it. Sorry.
 
:shy: Oh, ooops, I looked (quickly) for another thread and didn't see it. I use Lion too. I did just successfully upload but I tried uploading 2 LOs this time instead of just one. I don't know if that made the difference, or if just waiting 20 minutes made the difference. I'm just happy it worked. :)
 
Oooh I'm having the same problem, and getting the same message, I'm on Chrome. Read the other thread and took off the links but still the same... I'll wait 20 minutes like Donna did hehe
 
I couldn't find any other thread about gallery issues - I have tried Explorer/Chrome & Firefox and can't upload. I have cleared my cookies - anybody else having problems.
 
I think the other thread was "behind the scenes." I am having issues with the gallery as well.

Ok - it is working really weird for me! I get an error when I UL, but when I go back to the UL page the LO is hanging out in the que. Then I can finish the UL with my credits, and it posts for me. It's very strange! I think this happened once long ago in the gallery, but it was fixed. I hope it gets fixed again! LOL
 
Finally figured out that as long as I don't put the credits on the first page; it will take me to the 2nd page and then I can put the credits there.
 
Sorry gals, I have a support ticket in to our host. But until we get it figured out - please post your credits on the second page of the upload process, that seems to let you upload.
:) Thanks for letting me know though, I will update you once I have info.
