Hybrid on the Wall

I LOVE this Julie!! You're such an inspiration! I love that you painted frames black - did you spray paint them or brush paint to get them even? I have a blank wall in my hallway I've been wanting to do soemthing with for a while now....I think I know what to get at the thrift store next time they have 1/2 off :D
 
Yeah, Julie inspired me to do this too! :) She has a link somewhere in this post for her tut for the canvas. I am going to tackle this after the big birthday party this weekend. I am hoping Wal-Mart carries Modge Podge since the nearest craft store is 45 mins - 1 hour away.

I tried finding frames at two different thrift stores this weekend with no luck. :(
 
Thrift stores and yard sales. The good thing is that you can got any ugly color frame you want if you like the size and shape. A little craft paint goes a log way. And yes, Trina I used a brush. About 2-3 coats. But craft paint dries fast. Wal Mart should carry mod podge.
 
Yeah, the thrift stores didn't even have any cute sized or shaped frames. Then the few I did find, I thought the price was high. As in I could get the same thing on sale brand new!
 
Thats the worst when the price things high - I mean its used! come on people! LOL

And yeah - WM should carry modge podge....
