I can't wait to see who joins us! Wish I liked to design and could compete with all the fab ladies here! But I don't, so I won't even try!
(Am I reading it wrong? I would think that exclusive designers would get a higher commission than non-exclusive. Is there a different meaning than I am thinking?- Not that it really makes too much difference to me, just was wondering!)

Yes, designers do get more commission back for being exclusive. I think you have it backwards. The commission on the ad above is what the store keeps. We get the rest. So if you sell exclusively you get 80% and the store takes 20%. And non you get 75% and the store takes 25%. Does that make sense : )

OK! I was reading it wrong. I thought that the designers got the 20 & 25 % commission. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the clarification!
