That European chocolate is the dark stuff right? That is more up Ginger's alley. I am totally a simple palette-d American who loves milk chocolate. (Which I know is frowned upon by those in Europe and in the know...)

We do dark, white, milk, whatever. We're flexible. With almonds or without. With nougat or without. With or without orange, coconut, coffee, toffee, sea salt, or bacon.

There's also fabulous cheese over here but it doesn't travel as well. Maybe you should come to D.L.'s birthday party and get some.

Actually, the sweet and salty is the appeal- in Mexican cooking, we mix chocolate into recipes with chiles- I make a mean mole sauce with chocolate chips mixed in. surprisingly good over the roast beef! Jenn, I also make a very wicked ( or angelic) fudge that Im sending you NOW- there- did you get it? LOL [I'm not bowing, I've fallen and I can't get up;ROFL!] You guys are great here! Real people!
