I checked it out from the library and it is on my list to read. My husband said I would probably like it. It's short and he said I could probably get through it pretty quickly so I figured I might as well try something that is outside of what I normally read. That's what this book club is for, right?

very very strange is what I say not sure how I felt about it either...I know there is a deeper meaning to it and Joylynn seemed to see the deeper meaning but I am stuck on the very odd stuff that happened throughout the book..I don't want to give anything away, but from the hole in foot, to the worm, to the nanny...ummm strange is all I will say, but I did like how it ended

I started to read this yesterday and I went into it blindly. I just finished it and yes it was very strange but a quick read. I have never read any of Neil gaimans books before.

I don't think I grasped the deeper meaning either. I was too focused on the weird stuff.

I enjoyed it. Made me think of the Grimm's Fairy Tales I read as a kid.
