    Default Blinkies

I have a new Blinkie for my blog, and I want to put up the HTML so people can copy and paste it into their HTML gadget, (I've had several people say they don't know how to do it) but I can't type out the coding without it turning into my blinkie, I've tried putting it in a post and as text in the sidebar, but it always just turns into the blinkie. I noticed that in your instructions for posting and linking a blinkie (which is great by the way!) that you were able to type out the HTML code, how did you do this!?!? Thanks for your help, this is driving me CRAZY!

I took me a LONG time to figure this out!!
And once I did it was SO easy!!
Just go to this link and copy and past any HTML code into the box. Then click Encode and it will put it into a text form-
    http://centricle.com/tools/html-entities/

This is the HTML code for my blinkie. This forum is BBC NOT HTML so it shows up here as a HTML code, but anywhere that used HTML, this code would be a functioning linked blinkie.

This is what it will convert it to.

    <a href="http://gingerscraps.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"><img border="0" alt="Photobucket" src="http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...sec.gif"/></a>

BUT when you post it anywhere that uses HTML this code would look like the one above. It would be the CODE for the blinkie. It will look like this when you are putting it in your post, but when you publish your post it will look to the reader like the code above. So they can just copy and past it to put the code in any HTLM place and it will put your linked blinkie.

I hope this makes sense to you. It is hard to explain...
Let me know if you have any trouble.
