    Default Receiving messages/emails from Gingerscraps

    Within the last month I have noticed I am not getting notifications of PM (I think I have my settings right) nor emails with gift certs. I looked in my junk email and nothing is in there.

    Can management check into this?

    Can you please send me a request to the GingerScraps "contact us" forum? You can find that right up in the header.

    Then we can dig into this. I need to get your info, account username for the shop and email address you want to receive PM notifications and GC's to.
    So maybe you don't want that posted all on the forum.
