Vegetables importance!!!
Well!!According to me that we should be eat vegetarian foods
for keep the fitness and health.Because vegetables give us good
energy and nutrition.So i like these vegetables for health
and energy.
1 Cucumber
2 Radish
3 Pulses
4 Carrot
5 Green chili
6 Cabbage...

What are Pulses? That's a new one for me. We always have kale, cucumber, carrot, radishes, and various peppers on hand for snacking. (kale is for adding to juice)

We always have spinach, peppers, cabbage, asparagus, different type of lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, and many more 
Dani, how do you use kale in your juice? I normally add a hand full of spinach to my protein shakes, but haven't make any juice with them.

I've made kale chips (they crisp right up in a low oven and my kids will eat them) and added kale leaves to salad. It's peppery, so my husband loves it added to salad.
I've never tried adding either kale or spinach to juices or protein shakes because I am terrified of the tough strings you can get with both/either. Has that ever happened to anyone?
I don't know what pulses are either! lol

Jsuarez, I use spinach on my shakes and have never got any tough strings...I use baby spinach, not sure if make any difference.
