    Thumbs up My Fitness Pal

    Is anyone else on My Fitness Pal?

    I think it's great for daily encouraging each other when you share your food diaries and exercise and weigh-ins, or anything else you share on your wall.

    I'm here:

    I created a group here, but just so we all can find each other, so post there and ask those people to be friends.

    Well,I am agree with your reviews.According to me that fitness is the
    necessary for the life.So we should be take care of the body fitness.
    Drink pure water
    Control your diet
    Take more boiled vegetables
    low use fast food.
    Daily walk and light gym

    good idea! it will be great for motivation now that you know someone else is watching i have it but it has been at least a month since i have logged in..once i get back to it i will join the group!!
