Dang it! I have been working on a timeline project with the Attitude of Gratitude Buffet, and I thought I saved it and I got the dreaded error.... PSE has stopped working!! Dang, dang, dang!

Great habit you have! I should try that!
Ouch! That's not pleasant at all.
You can also have it saved automatically........I'm sure PSE has that option.
But I also do what Jacque does, I do 'save' every so often. Automatic saving can cause temporary freezing with heavy work, bad when in the middle of working. I did that before I got used to doing a manual save.
And if your PSE is doing automatic saving already, could be your work isn't lost
.........so sorry, I'm not familiar with PSE.........![]()

I don't even get a warning. One second it's open, next it's not :O
CS5 does it, always, when I go to save :O
I'm a habitual ctrl+s'er.
Ever since my dorm lost power in the middle of a paper my freshman year in college, the ctrl+s command has been my best friend!![]()
I hit save about every 5mins or so - more if I do something I really love on a page. Sorry that you lost all your hard work it really sucks!
no! that stinks. I hate that. HATE IT! I had that happen last week. Hopefully you can easily remake it!
That is the worst. I hope it was quick for you to remake it...
Sarah something wrong there. A save-crash usually means corrupt files.
Maybe this can help but PLEASE don't take my word for it, [can't be too careful], maybe I'm mistaken.
a- re-setting preferences [no prob if you didn't make changes]
b- cleaning temp files [safe]
c- re-installing CS5 [a headache]
