I'm on my MILLIONTH tech support call today!!!!! I can't get any of my work done because the software keeps messing up

Things still were a mess this morning, but they had me just delete the account I had in the software and create a new one. I'm set back a little bit because now I'm having to retrain it to remember everything I've entered in the forms before, but at least now it's working and not wasting multiple hours a day!!
