I don't have very many photos of my almost 13yo son being upset. DH did photograph him in his pack-n-play(?) while he was screaming because he hated that thing so much. My son just laughs when he sees the photo. Just trying taking whatever photo you can get. At 8mo, he'll be fine while you're trying to take photos.
