Ok, so tomorrow I am giving up sodas and as many carbs as I can, I will not say I am going carb free, but low carb. Any ideas or suggestions for meals and snacks feel free to post.

Second - I was just thinking the same thing this morning!!! There's only four months left in the year and I need, need, need to lose some lbs!!! I have given up all soda's, regular and diet, but I have the worst sweet tooth!!! My plan is to have some carbs in the morning, but only high fiber, whole grain carbs. Then lots of veggies and proteins the rest of the day. And only one small glass of wine in the evening ...I'll reduce my wine, but I won't give it up!

I need to give up my Diet Mtn Dews. I'm too embarrassed to even tell how many I have a week :/ But, I'm weak.
