Please help -- I cannot upload to the gallery.

As soon as I click the link "Upload Photos" I get this message. I never have a chance to browse for a layout to upload. I have tried several times now over the course of today. I've cleared by temporary internet files, etc but nothings seems to help. Any idea what this means?

First thing to check Delores is that you are signed in at the gallery?

Yes, I am signed into the gallery. I can see my user name at the top of the window and I can view layouts I uploaded in the past. I just get the error message when I click the "upload photos" button.

Can you tell me which browser your using? I'm going to point out IT guy Stephen over here to take a look.

I have two computers at home. An older one that runs Vista and a newer laptop that runs Windows 7. It doesn't matter which one I use I get the same message. I will send Stephen the details from both computers. Thanks for trying to figure this out. I am a creative team member for Siamese Studio and I felt bad I couldn't post an example page done with her new kit.

Just a quick suggestion to test it out on, I saw that you are using IE9. Have you tried another browser?

OK, I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and installed it. That browser let me upload to Ginger Scraps. Thank you for your help. It had not occurred to me to try a different browser.
