I think for me it would depend on the topic/setting in which I needed to make the decision, but because I don't like to answer blindly, I'll say safe and dull.

Definitely safe and dull. I would have maybe sometimes gone adventurous before children, but now I'm always going to play on the safe side. Like I'm deathly afraid of planes now, but before i had kids it was no biggie. I figured if I died, nobody would be left without someone to care for them. Now, I wouldn't get on a plane unless it was life or death. That may change once the kids are grown and gone, but I doubt it. I am perfectly happy right where I am
