Me definitely night owl. A night owl that is married to an early bird. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't. What about you?
I used to be an early bird and a night owl. Lately I am getting tired at 9 pm and I push through til about 10:30 or 11 but honestly I wish I was just in bed sleeping by 9:30. I miss my late nights though but not the early mornings. I always want to sleep in now. To many years of up super early has made me appreciate a good sleep in morning!
I used to be a night owl but that's changing somewhat over the last 5 years or so.
Total night owl my entire life.
Have a blessed day,
Happily CT-ing for Seatrout Scraps and Created by Jill!
Night owl. It is 11:30 pm and I have to get up with the kids at 6 and could stay up all night. MUST make myself go to bed. Like, now.
I am a morning person. Up by 7 even on weekends.
I "can" stay up late if I have to, but most nights during the week, I am in bed, reading, by 9pm. Asleep by 10 or so. DH's alarm goes off at 5am during the week and I get up to say goodbye to him and then go back to bed. Weekends, I can't sleep late anymore, even if we are out until after 1 am...still up a 7...
I used to be a night owl, would stay up until 2-3am! Then it went down to 12p, but now it's back at 2a....yawn.
Unfortunately, I also have to be an early bird and wake up at 5:45.... it's slowly wearing me down...
I was both: nightowl and early bird - mostly slept 5 hours or so... but about the last 2 years, I am just an early bird. Love the silence of my sleeping house and the sleeping neighborhood.
I've always been a night owl. Both of my boys are teenagers and are homeschooled, so we can set our own schedule. We are usually up until about midnight (sometimes 1am) and then sleep until 9am or so.
But, once I'm awake, I have to get up...no laying in bed & lounging for me because then my brain starts going!
