**CLOSED**CT Call for Sugar Kissed Designs

I have a few positions open on my Creative Team...

Creative Team Expectations
1. You are required to complete at least one layout/project per month using current Sugar Kissed Designs products. You may work with any Sugar Kissed Designs product, however, please keep new/pre-released products a priority.

2. Layouts/Projects must be posted in the gallery/galleries of my current store upon release of the product. You may post your layouts online or in other open galleries. Please provide current links to products when possible.

3. You must use only your own personal photos in your layouts. Please do not use stock photos in your layouts or projects. This has caused problems for lots of designers. Remember, you cannot transfer the rights to use a stock photo to me to use.

4. As part of the Sugar Kissed Creative Team you acknowledge that your layouts will be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to store images, store galleries, newsletters, blog posts, and posts on the Sugar Kissed Fan Page. Sugar Kissed Designs is not responsible for third party shares or uploads.

5. You are expected to maintain good communication. If you will be gone please let me know asap, likewise please be respectful of your fellow ct members by returning on time.

6. As part of the Sugar Kissed Creative Team you acknowledge that you are not an employee of Sugar Kissed Designs, its owner(s), parental companies or subsidiaries. You will receive credit for your layouts when possible, however, the primary purpose of your “membership” is to promote Sugar Kissed Designs.

Creative Team Perks
1. You will receive personal use products for free in exchange for your work as a creative team member. You will also receive 25% off coupons for any CU product I create.

2. You are NOT required to perform ct duties during the month of December. I am a firm believer that the holidays should be spent creating memories and reconnecting with friends and family. All creative team members are welcome to create layouts/hybrid projects, however, you are not required to.

3. You may take one calendar month, in addition to December, off from ct duties. The exception is January & November. Please be mindful of other creative team members that may need time off. Please let me know ahead of time when you will be gone and when you will return.

4. You will be treated like an adult here. I will not hunt you down to make sure you are doing your ct duties. I send one message to you. If I don’t get a response within a week and you haven’t let me know you’ll be gone you will be removed from the group. It’s nothing personal. I just don’t have the time to go and hunt you down, and I seriously doubt you want me to anyway.
