Maybe the stopping to pose will come with age. Gabe can't stand to be still for a moment or stop doing what he wants to do to look at the camera. If he does stop, he'll nicely ask me to put the camera away.

Some just aren't comfortable in front of the camera.

I think it's a good thing that she likes being scrapped. Makes taking her picture SO much easier.

I love your photos!! My youngest is enjoying her poses whereas the oldest is thinking it rather lame these days. Getting decent photos of her is very hard!

What a cute story and I seeeeriously love that scrap! I love stacking papers but I've never done that many--I will def have to stack a bunch next scrap!

Both of the girls know what I do and why I do it. The oldest has created several kits with me, even has her own designer name. The oldest is a fairly good scrapper herself whereas the youngets just loves to watch!

And you can do the paper layers, its easy! Just start stacking and adding a solid paper in there every once in a while to balance the look of the layout!

I know what you mean on that. Ethan's like that. He doesn't make bad faces, but he has the most awkward "fake" smile.

Robert to a "T!" I just think it's funny that when she's by herself, she's great and gets in front of the camera, but family photo time- NO SMILE- are you kidding me?????? GRRRRR!

Unless DD was the one who asked me to take a pic, she's the same way! Drives me nuts! Thing is, she loves scrapping. I've even purchased kits and let her "scrap" pages. Maybe I should tell her "Hey, if you let me take a few NICE pics of you, I'll let you scrap them!" and that way she'll give me a real, looking-at-the-camera smile!
