Move to back in PS?

One of my favorite quickest moves in PSE was always the right click move to back or front. What is the quick way to do this in PS?? Thanks!

Alt+Ctrl+Z ...I think that's the answer to your question.

NO, I don't want to undo. I just want to move an element to the bottom or top of the layers palette quickly, thanks!

and what the double adfalkjgadlkjgadoi is the easy way to rotate! I get the curved arrow and when I click and hold it tries to resize. I've been trying to turn a flower for 5 minutes argh!!!!!!!!!!

That one I can answer, I use Ctrl+T then move away from the square til you get the rotate-y arrow, turn it then click Enter.

I think there's a quicker way but I can't remember, I just click and drag the layer on the layers palette. You can also use Ctrl + click to move lots of layers at once.

I guess just shift ctrl brackets? I see that shortcut, guess I have to just get used to using the keyboard all the time! I need three hands! lol
