I don't know about the styles - I'm PSE 7 and don't really know how to instal them (meaning: I don't have the corrage to instal them )
Based on my memory (and a tut that has gone from the site where I read it originally so I cannot control if I'm right) making glitters in PSE is something about using filter --> texturizer --> grain, and then filter --> blur --> gaussian blur.
